It is our goal to make every effort to ship orders of in-stock products with 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, such as during periods of heavy volume or when an item is too heavy to ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order.
Once your order has shipped, how long it will take to reach you generally depends on whether your order was shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL ground service or via common carrier (freight truck). Please allow 1-5 days transit time for FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipments. Transit time for common carrier deliveries is generally 7-10 business days.

How do I change the combination to my safe? (Back to Top)
Changing the combination on a safe equipped with an electronic (keypad or biometric) lock is relatively straightforward and does not usually require the services of a professional locksmith or safe technician.
In contrast, we do not recommend that you attempt to change the combination on a safe equipped with a dial combination lock. If you do need to change the combination on this type of lock, we recommend that you hire a qualified locksmith or safe technician to do this for you.
What if I lose my combination to my safe? (Back to Top)
In most cases, the manufacturer of your safe will be able to help you once you have proved to the manufacturer that you are the owner of the safe. For security reasons, we do not keep records of safe combinations. Also for security reasons, we will not retrieve any safe combination for any person for any reason.
What if the batteries run down on a safe equipped with an electronic lock? (Back to Top)
All of our safes equipped with electronic locks are made with non-volatile memory, meaning your access code is retained even if the batteries are no longer powering the lock. If this happens, simply replace the batteries.
Do all of your safes include bolt-down kits? (Back to Top)
Most of the freestanding safes that we sell come pre-drilled with bolt-down holes for securing the safe to a concrete or wooden floor. In addition, some of the safes that we sell include bolt-down hardware. If burglary or theft resistance is an important consideration for your application, please check the product description to make sure that the safe comes with bolt-down hardware and/or pre-drilled bolt holes.
