1-hour UL Class 350 fire rating (tested at temperatures of up to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit - far greater than the typical business fire).
UL Impact Rating (adds extra assurance that if there is a fire and the file cabinet falls through a floor, up to 30 feet, or is hit by falling beams or debris, the drawers will not jar open).
Water resistant seal makes the file cabinet virtually impenetrable by water spray.
