At Nationwide Safes, we offer free shipping within the lower 48 states on orders totaling $99 or more*.

*Please note that we do not ship to AK, HI, or internationally and so we cannot extend the offer to these locations. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground. Delivery of certain heavy items is contracted out to a freight carrier or a white glove carrier. In that case, free shipping means free Curbside service only. (If Curbside delivery does not completely meet your needs, we also offer First Dry Area and White Glove service on most heavy items - additional charges apply).

NO SALES TAX ON ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF ILLINOIS (Back to Top)

Nationwide Safes only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within Illinois. If your order is being shipped within Illinois, 10.00% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout. There is no sales tax collected on orders shipped outside of Illinois

At Nationwide Safes, most of what we sell is in stock. As a result, approximately 90% of our orders are shipped within 3 days. In addition, at Nationwide Safes, we update the availability status of every item on our web site with the availability in our warehouses in near-real time. The bottom line is that when you order an item from us that we say is in "In Stock", you can be confident that your order will be filled in a timely manner.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased from us, other than a product that is non-returnable, you may return it back to us within 30 days of sale for or a refund, store credit, or exchange equal to 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, provided: (a) the product that you return to us is received by us in “new” condition, including all original packaging, parts, pieces, and manuals; (b) the return label of the product that you return to us is clearly marked with the Return Authorization number provided by our customer service department; and (c) the product is received at the address specified by our customer service department within 15 days of the date that the Return Authorization was issued by our customer service department. Returns that do not meet all of the criteria above will not be accepted. Shipping costs (including any shipping costs incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable. The method of payment of refunds will be the same as method of payment of the original purchase.
